DJ FLACK (aka Antony Flackett) is a
video/audio/multimedia artist living in Boston Mass.
He teaches at the Massachusetts College of Art and
runs the weekly Beat Research night at the Enormous
Room in Central Square which he started with DJ C and
now co-hosts with Wayne and Wax.
His first solo
recordings were featured on the Toneburst Collective
compilation CD in 1998 (Bliss Recordings). In 2000
Bliss released Flack’s full length CD “Dispenser" and
in 2005 Flack released a 12" vinyl single on the
Mashit Label and a four song vinyl EP on the "Beat
Research" label. Flack has also released tracks with
DJ C under the name DuoTone.
In all of his
compositions Flack prides himself on culling from a
diversity of sounds and influences. For lots more
